Tämä vika on minua vaivannut pitkään.
Aiemmin tietokoneena (Tumbleweed) Intel NUC:ssa ja webcam Logitech 525. Muuten toimi, mutta ei ääntä ei kuulunut videoata toistettaessa.
Nyt on Asus PN52 ja webcam Trust (HD 720P) ja toimii juuri sanoin kuin aiemmin, vaikka hw on muuttunut kokonaan.
Kokeilin niin, että lauloin Linux Mintissä sulosointuja Trustilla videolle ja kopioin tämä taidepläjäyksen USB-tikulle ja siirsin tämän webm-tiedoston Tumbleweediin. Kuva näkyi ja laulu kuului. Kaikki siis ok.
Tein homman toisinpäin (samat ohjelmat Cheese & Celluloid) TW:ssä. Mutta eipä kuulunut ääni Linux Mintissä eli oletettavasti ääntä ei ollut alunperinkään TW:ssä tehdyssä videossa.
