webcam vlc v4l

Moro,
Nyt kun olen muutaman päivän käyttänyt tätä 11.2:sta, niin alkaa löytymään näitä toimimattomia juttuja.

Eli 'vlc':ssä kun yrittää avata /dev/video0':n (webcam) tulee virheilmoitus...

Syötettä ei voi avata:
VLC ei kyennyt avaamaan MRL-sijaintia "v4l2:///dev/video0". Katso lokista lisätietoja.

Skypessä kamera toimii ihan ok.

mistäs tuo vlc:n logi löytyy?

Paina ctrl + m silloin kun vlc on auki. Sieltä vasemmasta alakulmasta voi säätää lokituksen tasoa 0,1 tai 2.

Hmmmm.. motv toimii myös

Minun kamera tarvitsee libv4l paketin toimiakseen.
Pelkkä paketin asennus tosin ei riitä vaan pitää ladata polkuun myös nuo kirjastot.

MUOKATTU: olin laittanut väärän polun.

Kokeile tätä. Asenna paketti jos ei ole asennettu.
